Jeanette (Netty) Harley, PLS, owner of Harley Surveying LLC, is currently in private practice performing land surveying services seamlessly with TruMark Surveying LLC based out of Neillsville, Wisconsin. Prior to that she had diversified experiences at both small and larger firms, covering private development, municipal utility projects and bid state transportation work. She graduated Northeast Wisconsin Technical College with an Associate of Applied Science in Civil Engineering Technology in 2007 and became licensed in Wisconsin in 2013. Serving as the current President of Wisconsin’s Young Surveyors Network, she has always been an active member of the Wisconsin Society of Land Surveyors (WSLS) and received the recognition for Wisconsin Young Surveyor of the Year in 2017. Jeanette and her two boys reside in Neillsville, WI and enjoy outdoor recreation such as skiing, biking, kayaking and hunting.
