Bill Swope, CP is the Survey Business Development Manager for Halff in Richardson, Texas and a Certified Photogrammetrist (#1604) through the American Society for Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing (ASPRS). Bill has been in the photogrammetric industry for over 14 years and is experienced in all aspects of photogrammetry and remote sensing. Bill is the Director of the Professional Practice Division of ASPRS, and the President of the ASPRS Gulf South Region. In 2019 Bill was voted the Geospatial Professional of the Year by the Texas Society of Professional Surveyors (TSPS).
