This week’s session features NSPS Director Jim Coan Sr. (WA) who also is a seasoned educator at Renton Technical College enthusiastically sharing his wealth of knowledge with us on the topic of Grant Boundary Adjustments. Jim will teach us how surveyors across the country can use the Grant Boundary Adjustment method. The PLSS system surveyors can use it and surveyors back east if they are trying to rotate and scale property to meet existing monumentation.
