Steven J. Martin retired in January of 2021 as the top Surveyor for the East Bay Municipal Utility District (EBMUD) after 34 years split between EBMUD, the County of San Diego, and the City of San Diego. He now resides in Las Vegas and continues to be active in the Land Surveying community.
