Mike Benton will present an actual case analysis from his years of service on the NC Board of Examiners for Engineers and Surveyors. He will also discuss surveyors’ ethical responsibilities. Gary Thompson will discuss changes to the National Spatial Reference System (NSRS), including details on the horizontal/geometric datum, and geopotential/vertical datums, and tidal datum coming in 2025. He will also discuss related State Plane Coordinate System updates. |
