Georgia: Board and General Membership Meeting

Board Members and Chapter Representatives: Your vote counts! The 2021-2022 slate of Officers and Directors will be presented for approval. Chapter Representatives who cannot attend are encouraged to notify your Chapter President and ask a proxy be designated so your chapter is represented. If you have items to be placed on the agenda, please email [email protected] no later than April 23, 2021.

Committee Chairperson:  If you are not also an Officer, Director, or Chapter Representative, you do not have vote at this meeting, however, your attendance is encouraged either in person or via Go-To-Meeting.  If neither of these options are viable, please send a member of your committee to the meeting or submit a brief report in writing.  This notice is only sent to committee chairpersons so please forward to your committee members at your discretion.  If you do not submit a report, “no report” will be recorded in the minutes.
