Please note:
– If you must register on-site, there will be an additional $75 charge per registration.
– Registration tickets include all meals and events for the selected days. If you have a guest who is not attending the conference, please purchase separate meal tickets for them.
To register via mail, please fill out this form and send to the IPLSA Office. Forms must be received in the IPLSA Office by January 31, 2024 at 5 p.m.

Technician Track
IPLSA is partnering with the Seiler Geospatial Division to offer a new half-day session track on Wednesday, February 7! These sessions will cover technical topics ideal for technical support personnel but relevant to licensed surveyors as well. This track is included in the conference registration fee but is also being offered at no charge to technicians or field staff who are not able to attend the full conference. Please select this free item while registering. Technicians are also welcome to attend the Wednesday night Preview Party.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing by 5 PM on January 5, 2024 to be eligible for a refund, less a processing fee of $50 for each registered attendee.

There is a hotel block available at the Crowne Plaza, please call the hotel at 217-529-7777 – be sure to indicate you are with IPLSA. The conference rate is $125 plus tax. The cut-off date for discounted hotel reservations is Friday, January 12, 2024 (or until the room block sells out).
