Exhibitor Key Dates and Times
October 23, 4:00 pm: Exhibitor Set up
8:00 pm: Social Hour with Surveyors
October 24, 6:30 am: Exhibitor Set Up
October 24, 7:00 am: Exhibits Open with Breakfast
October 24, 7:00 pm: Casino Night
October 25, 3:00 pm: Final exhibit hall time with raffles. Exhibitors are encouraged to stay on another night to visit with ASPLS Members, visit local restaurants, etc.
Cancellations Fees: Full refunds with 10% cancellation fee until 4:00 pm October 16. No refunds will be given for cancellations received AFTER 4:00 pm Central time October 16.
