Licensed in 1996, Jerry has over 40 years of surveying experience in Nevada, both in the Las Vegas area
and for the last 20 years in the Reno/Truckee Meadows area. He has directed and managed surveying
departments at some of the largest surveying groups in Nevada. Jerry took the leap and started his own
business, Truckee Meadows Surveying & Mapping, just last October.
Jerry started the Trig-Star program in Nevada in 2004 and took the reins as Chair of the NSPS Trig-Star
program in 2008 and continues that honor to this day. He served as President of the Nevada Association
of Land Surveying (NALS) in 2018, a board member of the NALS Education Foundation since 2019 and was
inducted into the Lambda Sigma Surveying Society at Great Basin College here in Nevada in May of
2019.
