Charles has served 8 years as President of a Swiss venture capital company and as officer and director of many private and public companies in the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, and Switzerland. As Chief Executive Officer, a director, and Vice Chairman of 3001, Inc., led its recapitalization and expansion through organic growth and key acquisitions prior to its sale to Northrop Grumman. Has negotiated the sale and purchase of several companies in the U.S. and Europe. Charles has founded MV VeriSol and spearheaded the design, development, and implementation of software for online real-time verification of auto insurance, and, as CEO, established MV VeriSol as an industry leader. Grew Return On Investment Corporation (ROI) from a small, privately-held company with a few software installations to a public company with hundreds of thousands of installations prior to an asset sale to VeriFone Holdings, Inc.
