We all need to look at our contracts every year to ensure we have some of the current languages required. For example, in Nevada, we had a Board Administrative Code passed a few years ago by the State Board that says we must list whether we have an E&O insurance policy. So there are always changes happening within your state codes that may need to be added to your professional services contract.
