Ryan Kelly, CP is the Senior Geospatial Manager for Halff based in Phoenix, Arizona and a Certified Photogrammetrist (#1610) through ASPRS. Ryan has been in the photogrammetric industry for over 15 years and is experienced in all aspects of photogrammetry including compilation, planimetric data collection, map editing, Aero-Triangulation (AT), and QA/QC procedures. Ryan is also experienced with both aerial and terrestrial based LiDAR acquisition and post processing as well as having a proficiency with Small Unmanned Aerial Systems (sUAS). Ryan is the Vice President of the Pacific Southwest Region of ASPRS.
