Norman Ellerbrock is the founder and President and co-owner of Four Points Land Surveying & Engineering, Inc. located in Hannibal, MO. Norm received his Illinois license in 1996 and is also licensed in Missouri and Iowa. Norm has been surveying since 1989 and is still out beating the brush today. He is immediate past President of the Illinois Professional Land Surveyors Association and the Missouri Society of Professional Surveyors CST committee chairperson. Norm was appointed to the CST board in the summer of 2018. Norm strongly believes in mentoring the younger surveyors and using the CST program as a tool to do so.
