Oklahoma: 40 ways to improve your business | 3PHD

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the 2021 OSLS Annual Convention has been postponed until September. We are offering a series of 5 webinars as a substitute for the sessions that are typically offered at the Annual Convention. We will be offering a new webinar every 2 weeks so you can obtain the 15 PDH that you would have by attending the convention.

The topic of this webinar will be 40 Ways to Improve Your Business presented by Dr. Richard Elgin, PS, PE

Practical, useful, tested ideas to improve your surveying business:  Let’s Get Organized, In-house Forms, Example Letters, Pricing the Survey, Let’s Get Paid, Reasons Surveying Businesses Succeed…and Fail, Marketing Ideas, Example Surveyor’s Notes for Plats.

All these topics (and more) from the former owner of a surveying-only business, the attendee benefitting from his 24 years of frustration getting the survey project out the door as promised, billed and paid, while making a profit and maintaining high QA/QC controls.  Notes provided to webinar attendees prior to the session.

As you know, renewal of your Land Surveyor license requires proof of 2 PDH in the Minimum Standards. If your license renews between March and September 2021, you will need to attend this webinar or another approved course to meet that requirement
