• How to clearly indicate the nature of the discrepancy and include a written report offering your professional opinion on the nature of the problem and the probable cause and effect.
• Unusual circumstances surrounding your survey, provide the weight given to conflicting evidence and encroachments, overlaps or gaps, and how they were resolved.
