Scott Bishop, P.S., NCEES Western Zone vice president. Bishop will give an overview of NCEES and its services, as well as the value of professional licensure. The presentation will include a brief history, the structure of licensing, and how NCEES is dedicated to advancing professional licensure for engineers and surveyors and to facilitating licensure mobility among all U.S. states and territories.
