DESCRIPTION:Saturdays\, March 16\, 23\, & 30\, 2024\n8:00 AM – 10:45 AM and 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM Sessions\nZoom Meeting \nMALSCE is offering a Virtual Principles and Practice of Surveying Refresher Course this spring to help participants prepare to take the Principles and Practice of Surveying (PS) Exam. This course will take place over three consecutive Saturdays\, March 16\, 23\, & 30\, 2024. The first two days will feature two sessions with a half-hour break in between. The third day will be one session in the morning. Subjects to be covered are as follows:\n\nExam Format and Preparation\nPLSS Boundary\nSingle/Double Proportion\nRiparian Rights/Boundaries\n250 CMR & Massachusetts General Laws\nSubdivision Control Law/Zoning\nMassachusetts Land Court\nMassachusetts Boundary Law/Statutes\n\nThe sessions will be recorded and available for registrant viewing for 60 days.
