The end goal is to help members understand what is currently being done\, what resources are available\, and what they can do to ensure that the profession has a strong supply of talent and that our next generation are afforded increased opportunities for development and growth. This discussion will include examples of the latest outreach and development efforts that are impacting the surveying and mapping profession and increasing the number of candidates entering the profession\, as well as increasing the skill of our existing workforce. We want this to be an interactive conversation\, so please bring your questions and/or any ideas that you have for workforce development and outreach.
