This will include the significant changes in Chapter A-E 7 of the Wisconsin Administrative Code on the Minimum Standards for Property Surveys in Wisconsin. There have also been changes in Chapter 236 involving subdivisions and Certified Survey Maps that will be covered. There have been some interesting changes in the rules and interpretation of the Ordinary High Water Mark with respect to Professional Surveyors and Property Surveys. As time allows\, we will discuss some of the basic differences between property survey work in Wisconsin and Minnesota\, including the use of Certified Survey Maps to create a new property description.
